    there is no right or wrong. you can finish on the top of the head or on any point. it works just the same… don’t get hung up on what others do. don’t over analyse. it all works just the same and you can’t do it wrong. have fun with it :)

I have been tapping for a variety of different issues for some time, but especially intensely during the past few weeks. I notice intense emotions coming to the surface, especially anger and sadness. Is this common with EFT?

As a fellow-Brit, i know quite a bit about our cultural money beliefs (& blocks!); going thru yr video exercises w/U just now uncovered a hidden block i didn’t quite realise until now i had…i’ve a feeling that’s been a substantial block 4 me..hmmmmmm i will keep tappin’ meself till it’s all tapped out haha!!!     This is brilliant ! You are a fantastic guide/ teacher
    instructor. Yes I really feel the blocks .Thoughts that I thought I didn’t have came up and I realized I had never truly released them. But I am feeling much freer now and it is only day two.Right now I have no actual money but I am happy to just release the blocks when that
    cash starts a flowing you can be sure you will be getting a good old drenching. Cheers and thank you so very much.
