there is no right …
there is no right or wrong. you can finish on the top of the head or on any point. it works just the same… don’t get hung up on what others do. don’t over analyse. it all works just the same and you can’t do it wrong. have fun with it

David, thanks so much for your inspiring videos. I have a question for you, and other posters who may have experienced this. I have been tapping for a variety of different issues for some time, but especially intensely during the past few weeks. I notice intense emotions coming to the surface, especially anger and sadness. Is this common with EFT?

Well done sir, the only thing that I could say would be that it would help if you slowed down or paused when you are doing affirmations. It got a bit difficult to process and repeat some lines.

Thank you so much for all your videos I find your work very inspiring, Ive written my own 2 page list of eft’s to do every day, am bit by bit I can feel positive changes

Great to see people putting positivity back into the world and helping others, once we all learn to do be at peace with our inner selfs, the world will be a happy peafull place where people can live there truth! Good stuff
