spend some time sending conscious thoughts of everyone loving everyone in your own meditative form, spine aligned chakras shape up and flowing freely for (1/2 hour) place your two hands collectively in prayer form, later in the day, you will be blessed something that will make you very pleased. Wow! Awesome video! I get it! This draw a distinction between Heart and Mind is what I’ve been struggling with and confused about.
I hope I remember the revelation upon hearing this video…I can be pleased in my Heart in the momen and at the same time notice with my Mind the draw a distinction between where I am in physical reality and where I want to be.

Whats holding us …
Whats holding us back is emotional attachment and life stuck in our minds. Within our hearts is the eternal life which has never exited from the state of abundance. The way to attune to it is to either switch the mind off or feed it info that is coming from the heart..even if we have to make it up and make an informed guess but knowing that it is positive regardless of circumstances and how the mind perceives them. Alas, this is but wisdom. My EGO HATES my situation. LOL.

Life in the now …
Life in the now might be, from a 5th dimensional view point above the restrictions of 4-d time-space, seen as knowing which heart beat number you are on in your life, and life thankful for that one pumping of blood and oxygen and nutrients to your whole life, and to the chakras that link our heart and mind.
I hear Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs life blended artfully with the acceptance that intent and hope can be the end unto themselves, and this lower plane may be transcended.

In another breath even if – fearful to admit this – but having just stared up at the stars on this glorious warm evening in South Africa – I felt rather ‘phoney’ saying that I was pleased with my current abundance etc etc … it just felt all incorrect, like I was conning someone who knows so much better anyway.
