    Rebecca, what a wonderful technique! I am an EFT therapist myself and I think I’ll include this technique in some of my workshops. When I did this along with your video, my immediate answer was ‘Dad. He’s never let me do what I want’ and it created real emotion. I’ve done so much work on these issues but perhaps they are deeper routed in my early years than I was even aware of. Thank you :) Kelly

    I like how she differentiates the hands: hers is the right, but ours might be the left. This way it’s basically foolproof, since most of have just the two hands. But seriously, this is a good exercise and principle, regardless of what mechanics you use to go about it. “Inner child” of course is just a concept. It’s all part of the mind, no matter what metaphors you use in discussing it.
