Is there much difference between the average wealth of a Protestant and the average wealth of a Catholic?
December 20th, 2009 | by admin |From what I know, I think Catholicism is more popular than Protestantism in places like South America, Africa and even parts of Asia, but most of these regions are inhabited by people living in impoverished conditions. Most of the Protestant regions of the world are quite wealthy so it seems as though the average wealth of a Protestant is greater than the average wealth of a Catholic. Is this true?
No. Who cares what they have. It’s their business and not yours.

you are not too bright, are ya?
1) catholicism is bigger in many parts of europe.
2) even if the average wealth of protestants is bigger it has little to do with the fact that they ARE protestants.

Perhaps, Desiree. But one thing’s for sure, religion is nothing more than a cash grabbing organization who preys and takes advantage of poor people to recruit in their cult..

yes, Catholicism is much poorer due to countries like Brazil and Poland pulling down their average wage. this may also be a result of the catholic denial of birth control on these countries. however within a country there is little difference

Not exacty true. In the current state of the world economy, they are pretty well even- with most folks of either belief being pretty well middle class.

There is almost no difference in those two religions so how could there be a distinct difference in the wealth of their mostly pagan followers. The protestants never did actually protest. They still follow ROME like a puppy. They are the blind leading the blind in most cases.

The bottom line question, as I see it is which religion is monetarily "smarter?"
I think it goes alot deeper than that really…It depends which church organization focused on what geographic area and at what period in the local peoples history etc.
In the end we’re all flesh and blood, and if there is a higher power at all, it will all seem foolish ro antagonize over such differences anyway. IMO
Unless of course Allah is God, which unfortunately has become utterly ridiculous.
