The Feng Shui of Abundance

Your money interactions emerge from your definition of yourself, your Defining Moments.

Why focus on Defining Moments? Your Money Script is significantly influenced by these moments and how you internally define yourself.

For example:
Something happens. You take note of the event, your reactions, your emotions, and the reactions of other people.

You also make some mental notes, come to a conclusion, and file that information away.

Later in your life, you realize that your individual, and many times your secret, defination of who you are now began long ago with that Defining Moment.

Defining Moments are the stories that you tell yourself again and again.

Stories that you may not have told anyone else, due to some shame, fear of censure or rejection.

And often the silence is based on an ancient prohibition -- by someone who cannot now be named.

Why? Because you were coerced into promising to maintain the silence, often due to feeling ashamed.

As long as your moment defines you, rather than you defining it, you're locked into position.

You react to peole and situations without even understanding how or why.

When you chnange your position and your place in the scene -- you become free. A free agent.

Remember that free agents can play and be paid to play from many different positions and perspectives.

Action Step
Begin today to consider your Defining Moments.

In your Travel Log begin to write out your Defining Moments. The stories of long-ago events -- that do not elicit laughter.

Notice what position you occupy. And what challenge your position in the scene sets up.

Then Step into the Wondering Move and see what gift you might be missing -- from your old perspectivwe and position.

There is abundant money in your old story.

Name it and claim it. And allow the River of Gold to flow through your life as a free agent.

Example from my life

Here's an example of a Defining Moment in my life. It's one that I've shared with only a few people. This moment was simply too personal and painful. Until I began to look at it from another angle.

Now, many years later, it's become a prized jewel and a Crowning Moment.

My earliest memory of money began as I strode around the corner. I stopped midstep -- frozen.

There silouetted against the light from the window was my dad standing with his back to the hallway --
in my bedroom.

His right hand held my red piggy bank high above his head.

My breath caught in my throat.

I watched him use a dull kitchen knife to fish money out of my private stash.

I was outraged!

And frozen solid.

Slowly and very silently I inhaled and began to back up.

Then I turned the corner a totally different person. I'd been a happy child of six. Now -- my childhood was gone.

We never spoke of that event. Not once in the next thirty years he was alive!

I was too ashamed.

From that encounter, I decided several things:

One - that my dad could not be trusted with anything.

Two - that my things and home were not safe.

Three - that unless I took total control, I would not be able to keep anything safe, me included.

Four - that he did not love me.

Five - that I was undeserving.

Six - that I had no allies.

Seven - that my dad was a thief.

And eight - that God could not be male.

Why? Because men took money away.

Of course, all men were alike.

Why? Well at that time I was taught that all men were like God.

And God was the source of abundance.

And the final straw?

Number nine: That I was right!

At age six, I knew that I was loved by God. And I decided that this God was quite misunderstood by my dad, and lots of other men.

My! I had quite a list from one event that lasted less than ten minutes!

You can freely imagine the results of such a long list.

The story was and still is amazing of how these nine impacted my life.

Now it's quite funny to me.

What I had not seen, or realized, was that my dad knew at some level, that I was connected to The Source of money and abundance.

And that he understood at some level,

is that you have to raise your money,

and your awareness of money and abundance to a higher

level, a higher plane,

what is now commonly called a higher consciousness, if

you really want things to "fall into your lap."

And that there really is something to this red stuff.

My money had been protected by the red color, and the symbolism of the pig, called porky, is always quite abundant!

I don't remember my dad being successful back then.

I do remember that there was only one opening for that beautiful and abundant red piggybank.

Only one way for money to get in -- or out.

Only One.

Only one way to obtain abundance.

Only one way to live -- abundantly

From a higher vantage point than we have been living.

Once I began to shift my position and perspective my life also changed.

Now I see the value of my childhood challenge.

I partner with The One to enhance and uplift the symbols and flow of abundance.
