Why a Blessing?

When you have a building that has "interesting challenges," those that people can not logically figure out, here's the place to turn.

What do I mean?
The building stays empty for a long time,
occupants divorce time and again,
bankruptcies reoccur,
tenants that disappear and no one really knows why.

Odd things that occur without a rational explanation -- require a nonlogical response. One that is estoeric, transcendental and spiritual.
