The Feng Shui of Abundance

Stories circulate among Real Estate professionals of clients from the Far East who ask lots of questions about the prior occupants of a residence or commercial building.

And when the stories are told in some detail, the clients move on and look at another space.

Why?

Predecessor Energy. It occurs with both objects and physical spaces.

For example, physical spaces where a bankruptcy has happend have extra baggage. Why? Those physical spaces are fundamentally set up to repeat the same result.

With things it is fairly simple to shift Predecessor Energy. Buildings are another matter.

Move into a space without a significant intervention by someone who has been well-trained -- and you automatically step into the same shoes as the person who left. Within a short period of time, you will "enjoy" the same experience.

Predecessor energy is well-named.

Few people realize that the configuration of a space emits a subtle -- and relentless pattern of energy that impacts the lives and abundance of all occupants.

Remember that energy patterns attrack and resonate with similar energies. Whatever happened to "them" the predecessor, will also happen to the current occupant and future occupants.

Unless something is significantly changed.

Significant, positive change requires a powerful agent of change. Someone who can face an unknown -- and unfriendly energy and pattern -- and remain focused and positive, and get the job done regardless.

Pattern shifting requirs a person who is trained and able to uplift and send away very negative energies without anyone being harmed. This training costs time and money.

Many Orientals do not want to spend their money nor take the time to change a challenging existing space. Easier to go somewhere else. Also much less expensive.

It turns out that Predecessor Energy can be shifted.

Shifting it requires some time, energy, Red Envelopes and money.

Caveat
Unless you are already trained to do this, don't even consider doing it yourself. Why? I learned this the hard way.

Long before I was trained at this deeper level, I decided that "mind over matter" alone could handle the challenging situation.

It did not.

I also know a "New Thought Minister" who believed in mind-over-matter and thought anyone could take care of the issue. That minister's New Thought Church eventually filed bankruptcy owing $20 million, yes twnety million dollars in unpaid debt.

The building had been acquired by the New Thought Church at a bargain. It was available for such a good price since the prior owner/occupants of the buildings had left in default. The New Thought Minister was approached by a trained feng shui consultant and instead turned to someone who had only read a book. The secret and powerful cures are rarely shared in books. And when they are most people do not recognize the feng shui cure and it's most appropriate use.

Yes, it took a few years for the New Thought Church to accumulate over $20 million in debt. However, the signs were there at the beginning. And yes, I was a member, however I was never offered Red Envelopes to honor the wisdom, and so I remined silent regarding the most effective cures. Eventually I did decide to withdraw as I learned that the debt level was increasing.

In the last several years I have also talked with other Black Sect Feng Shui consultants -- who I later learned were not well trained. Turns out that very few of us spend the amount of energy and money to attain this level of expertise in our feng shui training.

For my own situation, my mind and positive energy were able to delay the end result, yet it cost me many long hours of grief and much money. Why? I had moved into a space where the prior owner of the land -- had filed bankruptcy.

The predecessor energies won in the long run for that space and that situation.
